Why Create Familiar Care Sitters?

Together we have gained years of experience working in child care. We wear many different hats and work with many different age groups. Having to build a trust and bond with a child and their parents is essential for anyone to care for children in the first place. From the knowledge we have collected over the years, there is one thing we noticed that is common amongst childcare.  It is difficult to find sitters and not worry.  There are also childcare services that sometimes will not allow employees to extend after-hours care for children they provide care for during the day. Most clients would love for their children's teachers, day care provides, etc. to do a service like babysitting because they trust them and are familiar with them. So, why not provide that service. Familiar Care Sitters was created to bridge the gap between daycare and night care for families who need it. We want to build trust with schools, daytime services, and more to provide that comfort and familiarity to families in need of safe care for their child. And to also give daytime child care employees the ability to keep supporting their families, grow their experience, and spread the love and care they have for their profession.
